Rules - They're never fun, but please read. -Only APPROVED GUESTS are allowed in the home. Any additional guests over 4 will require our approval, and will be charged 20$'s per guest per night for their stay, with a maximum of 6 guests total allowed. All we ask is for communication. -We use a Ring Doorbell to ensure the safety of our home and the safety of our guests. -Pet are allowed in the home and will require a 25$ pet fee per pet. We only allow 2 pets maximum during any stay. -Absolutely No Smoking inside the home. We have designated smoking areas on the back and front porch with ashtrays. Please utilize them. There is a 500$ fee if it is found that smoking has occurred within the home. -Respect the neighbors. Do not park in any off-street parking areas (driveways, etc.). No entrance or exit through the back deck area. -Check out time is firm. A 20$ fee will be assessed if the home has not been vacated by 12:30pm. This gives a 30 minute window which we feel is ample time if you are running behind. An additional 20$’s will apply every 30 minutes after 12:30 that you have not departed from the home. -If you desire an early check in you must request one from us. We will try our best to accommodate. There is a $15 early check in fee, if you check in between 2-4pm, $30 if you request to check in between 12-2pm. Anything earlier and we will charge a full days booking fee. -For those with allergies, we do allow pets. Although we do clean between every guests stay, we cannot guarantee that allergens have been completely removed. If you do feel it would be an issue you may want to book at a different bnb. We do not refund because of allergic reactions to our home.
